Slightly disagree with the meat part though

Hi there! So I do think eating meat has it's benefits and in fact it's rich in different micronutrients that the vegetarian diet often lacks. Which is also why vegetarians should supplement with further vitamins that people who eat meat likely don't have to (like Vitamin B12 for example).

But purely in terms of lifespan & healthspan, low-protein diets have been shown to boost longevity by inhibiting the mTor pathway. It's fine if one is exercising and the protein is going to the muscle, but otherwise from a longevity perspective, low-protein seems to be better (at least so far!) Hope this is helpful!
