Can you comment on the increase in hair fall due to intake of creatine as there are reports of increase in ditestosterone

Hey Aryan, good question! So far there has been only one study that indicates that creatine may cause hair loss, but the study has not been replicated, which makes the scientific community believe that reports of hair loss are mostly anecdotal (as I noted in my post) and studies do not indicate that effect. See following links:

1. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7871530/

2. https://examine.com/nutrition/does-creatine-cause-hairloss/

However, Andrew Huberman (a Stanford scientist I respect) says that creatine can cause hair loss in people who are prone to it. This is because creatine increases DHT levels (as you note) which could cause hair loss. Some of the effects of it can be mitigated by taking turmeric. See this link: https://podclips.com/c/aNq5IU

I would suggest that you should experiment on yourself. Take a low dosage of it and see if you observe hair loss. But, so far the leading consensus from the scientific community is that creatine does not cause hair loss.
